Heritage Park was dedicated by the City of Kirkland on August 30, 2006. This park stretches over 10 acres and is just a few steps away from downtown Kirkland and Marina Park. Visitors can find wonderful open lawns and gardens, threaded through with interpretive displays and paved walkways.  Plenty of benches, a view finder and low river rock stone wall lines the path to the west and offering guests a nice place to rest and enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Washington. On the south end, Heritage Hall sits magestically at the corner of Market Street and Lake Avenue West.  This park allows gas fired barbeques and is the perfect location for a picnic and other private functions. Limited boat trailer parking is available; entrance is located on Waverly Way.
