Situated at the edge of the 300-acre Mercer Slough Nature Park, the historic Winters House is easily accessible, yet borders a quiet, natural setting. With its elegant architecture and beautiful grounds, it serves as an ideal place for social gatherings.

• Entire house accommodates up to 75
• Meeting rooms can accommodate up to 20 people.
• Furnished living room with gas fireplace, tables, chairs, a podium, an easel, a slide projector, a screen, an overhead projector, a microwave, coffee urns, refrigerator, and TV/VCR for your use.

Winters House Addition
A viewing terrace is available on the backside of the Winters House. The 675 square foot terrace features Spanish Revival architecture with terra-cotta style tiles, a sitting wall, wood trellis, beautifully landscaped grounds, and an unobstructed view of the Mercer Slough Nature Park. This feature allows the house to be rented for outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as other type of events.
